Participants explored topics such as tools and resources for patient medical homes, the practicalities of setting up a primary care network, and learnings from examples of team-based care models.

The GPSC Spring Summit Summary Report captures the highlights of the event, including:

• Learning and gaining inspiration from others’ journeys
• Deepening engagement
• Celebrating and promoting physician leadership
• Getting down to the nuts and bolts

The committee looks forward to continuing to find new and innovative ways to ensure that the valuable input provided at provincial events is heard, shared with doctors and divisions, and used to inform work ahead.
